We have a 2-day return policy, meaning you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Be unworn or unused, with tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items).
- Personal care items (beauty & hygiene products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items & gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the original item.
- Place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the European Union can cancel or return their order within 14 days without justification. The item must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- In original packaging.
- With proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
